Our money back guarantee applies to all eligible products/services purchased directly from us. Please note that this policy does not cover products/services purchased from third-party sellers. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Our money back guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. You must request a refund within this timeframe to be eligible. After the specified period, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.

Once your refund request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to your original payment method. Please note that any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
The money back guarantee does not apply to the following scenarios:
Customized or personalized products/services specifically tailored to your requirements.
Digital products/services that have been accessed or downloaded. Additionally, products or services that have been purchased from third parties on your behalf are non refundable. This includes domains, scripts, plugins, themes and subscriptions.
Refunds for services will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the service provided and the specific concerns raised.
We reserve the right to offer alternatives to a refund, such as re-performing the service or providing additional support to address the issue.
In addition to the above terms & conditions it's important to understand that our money back guarantee for services does not cover dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control or changes in your requirements after the service has been performed. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns and find a satisfactory resolution.
